- Manage end-to-end after-sales processes including troubleshooting, service delivery, and customer follow-up

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- Proven experience in after-sales service, customer relations, or technical support
- Native or fluent Mandarin language skills (written and spoken)
- Strong analytical abilities with experience interpreting service data and metrics
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport across diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency in CRM systems and service management software
