- Respond to customer inquiries via chat in a timely and professional manner
- Handle warranty claims and coordinate defect resolutions efficiently
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with sales and technical teams to resolve customer concerns
- Continuously improve product knowledge and customer service skills
- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and response time metrics
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus
- At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service or chat support
- Excellent written communication skills in English and Filipino
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Familiarity with CRM software and customer support tools
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously
- Patience and empathy when dealing with customer concerns
- Basic knowledge of motorcycle parts and components is an advantage
