Tanggung Jawab
- Install, calibrate, and commission sold products at client sites
- Perform preventive maintenance and corrective repairs on technical equipment
- Diagnose complex mechanical, electrical, and software-related issues
- Provide remote and on-site technical support to resolve client concerns
- Document service activities, maintain equipment logs, and report technical trends
- Train clients on product operation and basic troubleshooting procedures
- Collaborate with R&D to report recurring issues and suggest improvements
Kualifikasi
- Degree or diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in after-sales engineering or technical support
- Strong diagnostic skills with mechanical systems, electronics, and automation
- Proficiency in reading technical schematics and engineering drawings
- Excellent customer service orientation with conflict resolution abilities
- Valid driver's license and willingness for occasional client site visits
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
