- Provide comprehensive technical support and troubleshooting for electrical equipment and systems
- Coordinate with clients to understand their technical requirements and deliver tailored solutions
- Conduct on-site inspections, installations, and maintenance services as required
- Document all service activities, customer interactions, and technical resolutions
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for product improvements and upgrades
- Train customers on proper product usage and maintenance procedures
- Monitor product performance and identify potential issues before they impact customers
- Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and service requests
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in after-sales support or technical engineering role
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, equipment, and troubleshooting methodologies
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
- Customer-focused approach with proven ability to handle complex technical issues
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and technical documentation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for on-site service calls
