Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive technical support and after-sales service for industrial automation and robotic systems.
- Diagnose and rectify complex technical issues and mechanical faults on-site at client premises.
- Conduct regular maintenance inspections and perform necessary repairs to ensure maximum equipment uptime.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to improve product performance based on direct customer feedback.
- Manage spare parts inventory and ensure the timely availability of critical components.
- Prepare detailed technical reports and documentation for all service activities.
- Liaise directly with clients to understand their operational needs and provide expert consultation.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Proven experience in industrial automation, robotics, or a similar technical support role.
- Strong understanding of PLCs, sensors, and automated machinery.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach to engineering tasks.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel within Selangor and neighboring areas.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
