Are you a technical expert with a passion for industrial automation? Smartdeer Services Centre is currently seeking a highly skilled After Sales Engineer to join our dynamic team in Jawa Barat. In this role, you will act as the technical backbone for our clients, ensuring that our automation solutions operate at peak performance while building long-term relationships through exceptional service delivery.
As an After Sales Engineer, you will be the face of our technical support team, troubleshooting complex system issues, performing preventative maintenance, and providing hands-on training to end-users. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive technical support and troubleshooting for industrial automation systems and hardware.
- Perform on-site installation, commissioning, and regular maintenance to ensure optimal system uptime.
- Coordinate with the internal engineering team to resolve complex technical defects or system malfunctions.
- Conduct product training sessions for clients to improve their operational efficiency and system knowledge.
- Prepare detailed service reports, technical documentation, and performance feedback for management.
- Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate with logistics for timely replacements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and client site managers.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in after-sales service, field engineering, or automation maintenance.
- Proficiency in PLC programming (e.g., Siemens, Omron, Mitsubishi) and HMI/SCADA systems.
- Strong understanding of industrial sensors, pneumatic systems, and motor drives.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Willingness to travel frequently to client sites across the Jawa Barat region.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and professional proficiency in English.
