In this critical role, you'll be the frontline technical expert responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing autonomous vehicle systems post-deployment. You'll collaborate directly with clients to resolve complex technical issues, conduct on-site diagnostics, and ensure seamless operations of cutting-edge autonomous driving solutions. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting for autonomous driving systems
- Execute preventive maintenance and repairs on autonomous vehicle hardware/software
- Document service activities and maintain detailed technical reports
- Train customers and partners on system operation and best practices
- Coordinate with R&D teams to relay field feedback for product improvements
- Manage spare parts inventory and logistics for efficient service delivery
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 5 years of experience in vehicle engineering or autonomous systems
- Valid electrical engineering certification or equivalent technical qualification
- Proficient bilingual communication skills in English and Mandarin Chinese
- Valid Singapore Class 3 driving license
- Singapore Permanent Resident or Citizen status required
- Strong diagnostic skills with experience in complex electromechanical systems
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
