Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive technical support and troubleshooting for company products to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Perform on-site installation, commissioning, and maintenance of equipment at client locations.
- Conduct product training for end-users to ensure correct operation and basic maintenance practices.
- Diagnose technical issues accurately and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Maintain detailed service reports and document customer interactions in the company database.
- Collaborate with the internal engineering team to provide feedback on product performance and potential improvements.
- Monitor and manage spare parts inventory to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Maintain high levels of professionalism while representing the company during client visits.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related field).
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an after-sales service or technical support role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
- Proficiency in reading technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage field assignments effectively.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel to client sites within the Johor Bahru region.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required; proficiency in Mandarin is considered an advantage.
