You will be responsible for machine commissioning, routine maintenance, and providing expert on-site support to ensure our equipment operates at peak performance. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform on-site machine commissioning, installation, and configuration for new and existing clients.
- Conduct routine maintenance schedules to ensure optimal machine performance and longevity.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair technical malfunctions on-site in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide technical training and guidance to client operators on equipment handling and basic safety.
- Prepare accurate technical service reports and maintenance documentation after every site visit.
- Communicate effectively with internal engineering teams to escalate recurring issues and suggest design improvements.
- Maintain a high standard of customer service while representing Auto Well Enter. Co., Ltd. in the field.
Kualifikasi
- Fresh graduates with a Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Electronics Engineering are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen interest in industrial machinery.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, electrical drawings, and schematic diagrams.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia to communicate with diverse teams.
- Willingness to travel frequently to various client sites within the region as required.
- Possession of a valid driving license and own transport is an added advantage.
- High level of integrity, professional demeanor, and a commitment to safety standards.
