Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor the after-sales technical team to ensure high-quality service delivery and safety compliance.
- Manage the department's P&L, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue growth strategies.
- Oversee maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) projects for rotating equipment such as pumps, compressors, and turbines.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as the primary point of contact for technical after-sales inquiries.
- Analyze service performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives to increase operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure the timely availability of spare parts and specialized tools.
- Prepare comprehensive technical reports and executive summaries regarding service activities and business outcomes.
- Identify upselling opportunities for service contracts and technical upgrades to drive business expansion.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- At least 5-7 years of experience in after-sales service or maintenance, specifically within the rotating equipment industry.
- Proven track record in a leadership or supervisory role, managing technical teams and service operations.
- Strong understanding of P&L management and commercial business drivers.
- In-depth technical knowledge of pumps, turbines, compressors, and associated mechanical seals.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to troubleshooting.
- Willingness to work in the Cikarang industrial area and travel to client sites as required.
