Sunway International School (Johor) is seeking a dedicated and organised After-School Programme Supervisor & Early Childhood Educator to join our vibrant team. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and guide students during after-school activities, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
- Plan and implement engaging educational games, arts, and recreational activities that align with developmental milestones.
- Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages student participation and confidence.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress, behavior, and daily activities.
- Monitor student attendance and report any irregularities or concerns to the school administration promptly.
- Ensure all teaching materials and learning environments are clean, organized, and ready for use.
- Collaborate with the school’s teaching staff to support the overall curriculum goals.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field.
- Valid teacher certification or relevant educational qualification is mandatory.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar supervisory or teaching role within a school setting.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage with children and parents.
- CPR and First Aid certification is highly preferred.
- A genuine passion for working with children and a patient, nurturing attitude.
