Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively reach out to existing clients to identify aftermarket sales opportunities and upsell energy products and services.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within the energy sector.
- Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations to address specific client needs.
- Track, analyze, and report on sales performance metrics and market trends to leadership.
- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery and post-sales support.
- Develop customized sales proposals that align with client energy efficiency goals.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience in B2B sales, account management, or aftermarket support.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of the energy industry or technical product sales is a significant advantage.
