In this pivotal role, you will take full ownership of the return and refund process for our products on major platforms like TikTok Shop and Tokopedia. Your ability to resolve customer complaints and ensure seamless post-purchase experiences will directly impact our brand reputation and customer loyalty.

You will act as the bridge between our customers and the fulfillment teams, ensuring that damaged goods are handled efficiently and that refunds are processed accurately. Tanggung Jawab
- Take full ownership of all return and refund cases across TikTok Shop and Tokopedia platforms.
- Handle customer complaints professionally, specifically regarding damaged goods and shipping issues.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics team to ensure timely replacement of defective products.
- Process refunds and credits accurately and within the required SLA.
- Maintain detailed records of all after-sales interactions in the CRM system.
- Monitor customer feedback and suggest process improvements to enhance the shopping experience.
- Communicate with customers via chat, email, or phone to resolve disputes amicably.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in an E-commerce Customer Service or Aftersales role.
- Familiarity with TikTok Shop and Tokopedia operations is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of return policies and refund procedures.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to multitask and handle high volumes of customer inquiries efficiently.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-centric mindset.
