Tanggung Jawab
- Provide expert technical support to clients post-installation and throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct systematic troubleshooting and diagnostic analysis to resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Coordinate with internal engineering teams to communicate client feedback and drive product improvements.
- Perform regular site inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal system performance.
- Manage the documentation of service logs, technical reports, and client interaction records.
- Train clients on system operations, safety procedures, and basic maintenance requirements.
- Ensure timely resolution of tickets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Execute site visits as needed to perform hands-on repairs and system adjustments.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering (or a related technical field).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in aftersales support, field engineering, or technical service.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical clients.
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings, schematics, and service manuals.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to travel to client sites within the Metro Manila area as required.
- Strong commitment to safety protocols and quality assurance standards.
