Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate end-to-end after-sales logistics activities, including order processing, tracking, and final delivery coordination.
- Liaise between internal departments, warehouse teams, and external shipping partners to ensure timely fulfillment.
- Handle inquiries regarding shipment status and resolve logistical discrepancies proactively.
- Maintain accurate inventory and shipment documentation in the ERP system.
- Monitor logistics KPIs to identify bottlenecks and suggest improvements for operational efficiency.
- Prepare regular reports on after-sales logistics performance for management review.
- Ensure compliance with company safety standards and international trade regulations.
Kualifikasi
- No prior experience required; fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English.
