- Manage and resolve technical issues related to aftersales service operations
- Ensure all service processes meet quality standards and operational excellence

- Monitor service performance metrics and identify areas for optimization

Kualifikasi
- Degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive aftersales service or technical support
- Strong technical knowledge of automotive systems and components
- Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills
- Proven track record in delivering exceptional customer service
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Certification in automotive service technology is a plus
