We are seeking a highly motivated Aftersales Standardization and Development professional to join Indomobil Prima Niaga. This is a pivotal role focused on enhancing operational excellence and ensuring consistent service quality across all aftersales channels. You will be responsible for the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to streamline workflows and maximize efficiency.
Your daily responsibilities will involve rigorous monitoring of daily operations to ensure strict adherence to company standards. By conducting comprehensive internal audits, you will identify process gaps and implement corrective actions that drive measurable improvements. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction through standardized service delivery.
Tanggung Jawab
- Design and develop comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all Aftersales departments.
- Monitor daily execution of procedures to ensure strict compliance with established quality standards.
- Conduct regular internal audits to evaluate process effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with workshop managers and staff to resolve operational bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
- Train employees on updated SOPs to ensure uniformity, accuracy, and understanding across teams.
- Prepare detailed audit reports and recommend corrective actions to management for approval.
- Stay updated with industry best practices in Aftersales management and quality control systems.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Aftersales management, Quality Assurance, or Process Improvement.
- Strong understanding of ISO standards and quality management systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively train and guide staff.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, contract-based environment.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
