- Supervise daily operations of AGE (Automated Guided Equipment) systems and maintenance teams
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance equipment efficiency and reliability
- Coordinate logistics planning and material flow across manufacturing and distribution channels
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, quality standards, and regulatory requirements
- Lead training programs for technical staff on equipment operation and troubleshooting
- Analyze performance metrics and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime
- Collaborate with engineering teams on system upgrades and technological integration
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing or logistics supervision
