Security Bank is inviting dynamic professionals to join our team as an Agency Officer. Based in Makati and Alabang, you will play a crucial role in managing our external Agency Collection Agencies (ACAs). You will be responsible for overseeing the collection activities specifically for written-off accounts, ensuring that we recover outstanding debts efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and compliance. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and supervise assigned external Agency Collection Agencies (ACAs) to ensure optimal performance in recovering written-off accounts.
- Monitor daily collection activities, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular feedback to agency partners.
- Analyze delinquent account data and develop strategic action plans to facilitate successful account recovery.
- Conduct regular audits and quality assurance checks to ensure all agency activities comply with bank policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with agency management and key stakeholders.
- Report on collection status, financial recoveries, and agency performance to senior management on a regular basis.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as Credit and Legal to resolve complex account issues.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in any business-related field or equivalent work experience in collections.
- At least 2-4 years of experience in collections, credit management, or account management within the banking or BPO industry.
- Strong knowledge of collection laws, regulations, and best practices in the Philippines.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to de-escalate customer interactions effectively.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and MS Office applications (Excel, Word).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a high-volume environment.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
