- Plan, develop, and implement sales strategies to maximize outlet coverage in assigned territory
- Create and prepare optimal sales visit routes for agents to maximize efficiency and effectiveness
- Supervise and manage the performance of sales agents, providing guidance and support
- Evaluate sales data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and growth
- Monitor and maintain relationships with key retail outlets and stakeholders in the territory
- Train and develop sales agents to improve product knowledge and sales techniques
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail sales supervision or management
- Strong leadership and team management skills with proven track record
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret sales data and metrics
- Deep understanding of retail consumer products market in Balikpapan region
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with retail partners
