Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze complex business processes to identify opportunities for automation and intelligent agent integration.
- Design and develop Agentic AI solutions using Python, RPA tools, and orchestration platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical AI architectures.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for deployed AI agents and automation systems.
- Conduct Proof of Concept (PoC) studies to validate new AI technologies and methodologies.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in Generative AI, LLMs, and autonomous agent research.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to the continuous improvement of our AI development standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience as a Business Process Analyst, RPA Developer, or similar technical consulting role.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C#, or Java.
- Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Prompt Engineering, and AI agent frameworks.
- Familiarity with RPA tools like UiPath or Automation Anywhere is highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
