Your Key Focus Areas
As our Agile Project Manager, you will manage the full project lifecycle using Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage complex IT projects using Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Work closely with Product Owners to define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives.
- Track and communicate project risks, issues, dependencies, and milestones to stakeholders and steering committees.
- Coach and mentor development teams in Agile best practices to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and budget constraints to ensure successful delivery.
- Utilize project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, MS Project) to track progress and generate insightful reports.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration between business users, technology teams, and external vendors.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience as an IT Project Manager, with a proven track record in Agile delivery.
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Advanced Certified ScrumMaster (A-CSM), or equivalent Agile certification is highly preferred.
- Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and experience managing cloud, mobile, or web application projects.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (fluency in Mandarin or Cantonese is a strong plus, given the regional scope).
- Experience with financial services, trading platforms, or capital markets is highly advantageous.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
