Your expertise will be vital in coordinating with local government units (LGUs), Non-Government Organizations (NGOs), and beneficiary associations to monitor land distribution, resolve issues, and facilitate agricultural development projects. Tanggung Jawab
- Implement and monitor the technical aspects of the Comprehensive Agrarian Reform Program (CARP) and other related land reform initiatives in the Ilocos Region.
- Coordinate with Local Government Units (LGUs), Civil Society Organizations (CSOs), and beneficiary associations to ensure smooth land transfer and post-settlement services.
- Conduct field visits and site inspections to assess the status of agrarian reform beneficiaries and provide technical assistance on land management and production.
- Prepare and submit progress reports, technical documents, and compliance reports to the Central Office and the Civil Service Commission.
- Organize and facilitate training seminars, capability building activities, and information dissemination campaigns for landowners and farmers.
- Resolve conflicts and grievances related to land ownership and distribution through mediation and legal guidance.
Kualifikasi
- Must be a Filipino citizen and a regular employee or appointee of the government (or eligible to take the appropriate Civil Service Examination).
- Graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Development Studies, Political Science, or any relevant field.
- At least one (1) year of relevant work experience in agrarian reform, rural development, or community extension services.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Philippine laws, codes, and administrative regulations related to land ownership and agrarian reform.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel within the region and work in remote field locations.
