- Conduct in-depth market research and analysis of agricultural commodities, industry trends, and competitive landscapes.
- Develop comprehensive financial models, forecasts, and sensitivity analyses for new and existing agribusiness projects.
- Perform detailed feasibility studies, including technical, economic, environmental, and social assessments, to evaluate business viability.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with agricultural investments and operations.
- Interpret complex data and translate findings into clear, concise reports and presentations for stakeholders and senior management.
- Provide strategic recommendations for business model optimization, market entry strategies, and operational improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, finance, and sustainability, to ensure project alignment and success.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of agribusiness initiatives against key performance indicators (KPIs).
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Agribusiness, Agricultural Economics, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in agribusiness analysis, financial modeling, market research, or strategic consulting within the agricultural sector.
- Proven ability to conduct robust financial analysis, valuation, and feasibility studies.
- Strong understanding of agricultural markets, supply chain dynamics, and relevant regulatory frameworks.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, financial modeling software) and presentation software.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
