Tanggung Jawab
- Solicit and manage loan and deposit accounts for agricultural clients, identifying growth opportunities.
- Conduct thorough credit analysis and assess loan applications to ensure compliance with bank policies.
- Manage the collection of past-due accounts and execute recovery strategies to minimize losses.
- Monitor loan performance metrics and actively work to reduce non-performing accounts.
- Provide exceptional customer service to existing and potential clients, answering inquiries and resolving issues.
- Update customer records and maintain accurate, up-to-date database information.
- Coordinate with the credit committee and other departments to facilitate loan approvals.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, Agriculture, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of proven experience in lending, collections, or customer service within the banking industry.
- Strong knowledge of agricultural loan products, regulations, and local market conditions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and meet monthly collection and sales targets.
- Willingness to travel within the region to visit clients and assess collateral.
