Tanggung Jawab
- Client Acquisition: Proactively solicit loan and deposit accounts from local farmers, agri-businesses, and residents in Cabarroguis.
- Loan Processing: Evaluate loan applications, verify documentation, and ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
- Collection Management: Manage the recovery of past-due loans through effective communication and follow-up strategies.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and trust.
- Reporting: Prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on loan applications, collections, and account performance.
- Field Visits: Conduct regular field visits to assess the status of collateral and the financial condition of borrowers.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional service by answering inquiries and resolving account-related issues efficiently.
Kualifikasi
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in banking, loan origination, or customer service.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with agricultural lending products and local market conditions is a plus.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local dialects.
- Computer Literacy: Proficiency in using banking software and MS Office applications.
- Integrity: Strong ethical standards and the ability to handle sensitive financial information with discretion.
- Availability: Willingness to travel within the Quirino province for field work.
