Tanggung Jawab
- Promote and sell a variety of agricultural products to local businesses and farmers.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the Bandung Barat region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
- Conduct negotiations on pricing, terms, and contracts to secure favorable deals.
- Provide detailed product information and demonstrations to potential clients.
- Track sales performance and report market trends to management.
- Travel to client sites and agricultural zones as required.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the agriculture or FMCG sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to negotiate effectively.
- Valid Driver’s License (SIM A) and willingness to travel within the region.
- Resilient and self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM software).
- Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
