We are seeking a seasoned Agriculture & Food Security Consultant / Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our dynamic team in Bonifacio Global City, Metro Manila. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing expert guidance on agricultural best practices, analyzing complex food systems data, and developing innovative solutions to address pressing food security challenges. You will collaborate with stakeholders across the agricultural value chain, from production to distribution, ensuring that our projects are not only technically sound but also aligned with sustainable development goals.

Tanggung Jawab
- Provide expert consultation on agricultural best practices, food systems analysis, and sustainable farming techniques
- Analyze complex agricultural data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities in food security
- Develop and implement strategic project plans for agricultural development initiatives
- Collaborate with government agencies, NGOs, and private sector stakeholders to align food security efforts
- Conduct research on emerging agricultural technologies and their potential impact on food production
- Develop training materials and capacity-building programs for agricultural stakeholders
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of food security projects, providing recommendations for improvement
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Food Science, Environmental Science, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in agriculture, food security, or related field
- Proven expertise in data analysis, with experience using statistical software and data visualization tools
- Strong understanding of agricultural value chains, food systems, and sustainable development practices
- Excellent project management skills, with experience leading complex agricultural initiatives
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience working with government agencies, NGOs, and private sector stakeholders in the agricultural sector
