Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and analyze crop health, soil conditions, and environmental factors
- Develop and implement sustainable farming practices and pest management strategies
- Provide technical guidance to farmers on cultivation techniques and input optimization
- Conduct field trials for new crop varieties and agricultural technologies
- Prepare comprehensive soil analysis and fertilizer recommendations
- Document farming practices and prepare technical reports for stakeholders
- Collaborate with R&D teams to improve agricultural productivity
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Agriculture, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of practical agronomy experience
- Strong knowledge of crop physiology and soil science
- Certification in sustainable agriculture practices preferred
- Proficiency in field data collection and analysis tools
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in remote farming areas
- Valid driver's license (for field visits)
