Tanggung Jawab
- Design and conduct field trials for biological fertilizer efficacy assessment
- Analyze soil samples and crop data to optimize nutrient application strategies
- Develop customized fertilizer recommendations for diverse crop types and soil conditions
- Provide technical training and support to farmers on sustainable agricultural practices
- Monitor and document crop response to fertilizer treatments
- Collaborate with R&D team to improve product formulations
- Prepare detailed reports on agricultural performance and soil health trends
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Agriculture, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in agricultural advisory or fertilizer application
- Certification in soil analysis or sustainable agriculture preferred
- Strong knowledge of crop nutrition and soil microbiology
- Experience with field research methodologies and data analysis
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to work independently in remote farming areas
