Tanggung Jawab
- Design nutritionally balanced meal plans based on patient requirements and medical conditions
- Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments and analyze dietary intake data
- Monitor food safety protocols and quality control in food preparation
- Deliver engaging nutritional education to patients and community groups
- Evaluate nutrition program effectiveness and prepare progress reports
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals for integrated patient care
- Stay updated on latest nutritional research and industry standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or related health field
- Valid Nutritionist certification (STR) from recognized institution
- Minimum 1 year experience in clinical or community nutrition
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and nutritional guidelines
- Excellent communication skills for patient education and counseling
- Proficiency in nutritional assessment software and data analysis
- Certification in food safety management preferred
