PSA Corporation, a global leader in port operations and supply chain solutions, is looking for a highly motivated AI Analyst (Simulation) to join our team in Pasir Panjang, Central Region. As an AI Analyst specializing in simulation, you will play a critical role in driving digital transformation across our port ecosystem. You will develop sophisticated simulation models that mirror complex terminal operations, container handling, and intermodal logistics.
In this role, you will harness the power of AI and machine learning to enhance the predictive accuracy of these models, enabling proactive decision-making. You will collaborate closely with operations research analysts, data scientists, and terminal managers to understand challenges and define simulation experiment objectives. Your analyses will support capacity planning, resource allocation, and bottleneck identification.

- Develop and maintain simulation models of port operations and logistics systems to analyze performance and identify optimization opportunities.
- Apply AI and machine learning techniques to enhance simulation accuracy and predictive capabilities.
- Collaborate with data engineers and domain experts to gather requirements and integrate real-world data into simulation frameworks.
- Conduct scenario analysis and what-if simulations to support strategic decision-making.
- Design experiments and benchmarks to validate model outputs and improve model robustness.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders using clear visualizations and reports.
- Stay current with emerging technologies in AI, simulation, and related fields to drive continuous innovation.
- Contribute to the development of best practices and standardized methodologies for simulation projects.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Operations Research, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in AI/ML and simulation modeling.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, and familiarity with simulation tools (e.g., AnyLogic, Simul8, or similar).
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and statistical analysis.
- Experience with data manipulation and visualization libraries (e.g., Pandas, Matplotlib, Tableau).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
- Knowledge of port or logistics operations is a plus.
