Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and maintain AI-driven automation scripts and workflows to optimize IT operations.
- Analyze complex system architectures to identify bottlenecks and recommend AI-enhanced solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to integrate AI models into existing production environments.
- Develop and maintain Intelligent Virtual Assistants (IVAs) for internal support and troubleshooting.
- Monitor automated solutions for performance, reliability, security, and cost-efficiency.
- Stay updated on the latest AI and automation trends to propose innovative improvements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience in Python, RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere), or scripting languages.
- Strong understanding of Machine Learning principles and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong focus on process optimization and automation.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative, and dynamic environment.
