The Head of Delivery at XL Axiata is a strategic leadership position responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of digital solutions and services. As a key member of the leadership team, you will drive operational excellence, ensure timely project delivery, and lead a team of talented professionals to achieve business objectives. This role requires a deep understanding of digital transformation, agile methodologies, and the ability to manage complex projects in a fast-paced environment. You will collaborate closely with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to align delivery strategies with organizational goals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading delivery teams, managing large-scale projects, and implementing best practices that enhance efficiency and quality.

- Lead and consolidate Axiata Digital Labs' delivery function within Indonesia
- Develop and implement delivery strategies aligned with business objectives
- Oversee project execution, ensuring timely delivery of digital solutions
- Build, mentor, and manage high-performing delivery teams
- Establish and maintain robust project management frameworks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution
- Monitor and optimize delivery processes for continuous improvement
- Manage stakeholder relationships and communicate project status effectively
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in delivery management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of leading complex digital transformation projects
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and project management frameworks
- Experience in building and managing high-performing teams
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Deep knowledge of the technology landscape and digital trends
- Experience in the telecommunications or digital services industry is highly desirable
