Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of AI and automation strategies to optimize business processes.
- Manage and mentor a team of AI engineers and automation specialists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Identify, evaluate, and recommend AI/ML and RPA technologies, tools, and platforms to meet organizational goals.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical automation solutions.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of automation projects, including planning, development, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
- Ensure the scalability, reliability, and security of AI automation solutions in production.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends in AI, machine learning, and intelligent automation to maintain a competitive edge.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, best practices, and coding standards for automation projects.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3+ years focused on AI, Machine Learning, or Intelligent Automation.
- Proven experience leading AI/automation projects and managing technical teams.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#.
- Expert knowledge of RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism) and AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
- Deep understanding of NLP, computer vision, and predictive analytics.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and deployment of AI solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
