Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI-driven automation solutions to streamline internal business workflows.
- Architect and maintain high-performance platforms, ensuring maximum uptime and security.
- Integrate third-party APIs and AI models (LLMs, NLP, etc.) into our core product ecosystem.
- Monitor and troubleshoot system bottlenecks to ensure continuous optimization and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new opportunities for automation and technical improvement.
- Document technical specifications, system architectures, and deployment processes.
- Participate in code reviews and advocate for best practices in software development.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as an Automation Developer, Backend Developer, or similar role in an AI/Tech environment.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Node.js, or similar programming languages relevant to AI integration.
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, or OpenAI API).
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote-first or hybrid international team.
