HGS Offshore Staffing Solutions is seeking an expert AI Automation Specialist with deep expertise in n8n, Claude, and agentic code to lead and develop end-to-end automation projects. This is a permanent work-from-home position with a morning shift schedule, offering a highly competitive salary package of ₱150,000 to ₱210,000 per month.

Tanggung Jawab
- Design and architect end-to-end automation workflows using n8n, ensuring scalability and reliability.
- Integrate AI models such as Claude to enhance decision-making and workflow intelligence.
- Develop and maintain agentic code for autonomous task execution and dynamic process handling.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and prioritize automation opportunities.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize existing automation to maximize performance and ROI.
- Lead and mentor junior automation developers, promoting best practices and knowledge sharing.
- Create comprehensive documentation and maintain a repository of reusable automation components.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience (3+ years) as an AI Automation Specialist or similar role with a strong portfolio of delivered automation projects.
- Expert-level proficiency in n8n, including custom node creation and complex workflow orchestration.
- Hands-on experience with Claude, LangChain, or other AI agent frameworks for building intelligent automations.
- Solid understanding of API integrations, webhooks, and data transformation (JSON, XML).
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript or Python for extending automation capabilities.
- Familiarity with agentic code principles and autonomous decision systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
