Tanggung Jawab
- Lead technical discovery sessions to identify and solve complex business challenges for enterprise clients using AI and cloud solutions.
- Design, architect, and deploy high-performance cloud infrastructure and machine learning models tailored to client business objectives.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams at ByteDance to translate global platform capabilities into actionable customer solutions.
- Manage end-to-end implementation projects, ensuring technical excellence and seamless integration with client legacy systems.
- Provide expert-level technical guidance to C-suite and engineering stakeholders throughout the pre-sales and post-sales lifecycle.
- Optimize cloud consumption and resource efficiency for clients to maximize ROI on our infrastructure.
- Contribute to the internal product roadmap by synthesizing customer feedback and market trends in the AI space.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in Cloud Architecture, AI/ML engineering, or complex enterprise solution delivery.
- Deep understanding of cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Proven expertise in AI/ML model deployment, data engineering pipelines, or high-concurrency systems.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and experience working in a fast-paced, cross-functional international environment.
- Professional certification in Cloud Architecture or Machine Learning is highly desirable.
