Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive AI adoption strategies tailored to diverse organizational needs.
- Identify, evaluate, and implement AI/ML tools that enhance operational productivity and output quality.
- Serve as a primary consultant for internal stakeholders, translating complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Lead change management initiatives to drive the seamless adoption of new AI-integrated workflows.
- Monitor the performance and ROI of AI initiatives, iterating on processes for continuous improvement.
- Ensure ethical AI usage and data compliance across all departmental implementations.
- Conduct regular training and workshops to upskill employees on AI literacy and tool mastery.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project management, IT enablement, or business process transformation.
- Proven track record of implementing technical solutions within a corporate environment.
- Deep understanding of Generative AI, machine learning trends, and the modern software development lifecycle.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and executive leadership.
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Experience in change management or organizational development is highly preferred.
