Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge AI/ML models for real-world applications
- Lead technical implementation of AI solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's/PhD preferred)
- Expert proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch)
- 3+ years of experience in AI model development and deployment
- Strong background in data preprocessing and feature engineering
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) for AI scalability
- Demonstrated ability to mentor technical teams or apprentices
- Knowledge of AI ethics, fairness, and responsible AI practices
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
