Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and deploy robust machine learning models and AI algorithms to solve business problems.
- Collaborate closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to integrate AI solutions into existing systems.
- Conduct extensive data analysis, preprocessing, and feature engineering to train high-performance models.
- Optimize model performance, scalability, and accuracy through rigorous testing and fine-tuning.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI research (e.g., NLP, Computer Vision, Deep Learning) and apply relevant techniques.
- Document technical specifications, methodologies, and model performance metrics for the engineering team.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proven professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with a strong portfolio of projects.
- Strong proficiency in Python and experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
- Deep understanding of machine learning concepts, neural networks, and statistical analysis.
- Experience with data manipulation libraries (Pandas, NumPy) and big data processing tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, communication abilities, and the capacity to work in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.
