Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement production-ready ML pipelines and LLM integrations
- Develop and optimize AI models for scalability and efficiency
- Collaborate with product teams to define AI-driven solutions
- Monitor and maintain deployed AI systems with rigorous testing
- Research and evaluate emerging AI technologies and frameworks
- Document technical specifications and model architectures
- Drive AI adoption across business units through technical leadership
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years experience in ML engineering or AI development
- Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch)
- Strong background in LLM implementation and NLP techniques
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Knowledge of MLOps practices and CI/CD for AI systems
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
