Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems in the insurance domain.
- Preprocess, clean, and analyze large datasets to train and validate AI models for accuracy and efficiency.
- Integrate AI models into existing software applications and systems using APIs and microservices architecture.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define AI requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Optimize model performance through rigorous testing, debugging, and iterative improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and trends in Artificial Intelligence, Deep Learning, and Natural Language Processing.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience as an AI Engineer or Data Scientist, with a strong portfolio of projects involving Machine Learning.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java, with deep knowledge of libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
- Experience with data manipulation libraries (Pandas, NumPy) and database systems (SQL/NoSQL).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
