Tanggung Jawab
- Manage, maintain, and optimize mission-critical network infrastructure including routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Provide expert-level L2/L3 technical support for Cloud, Managed Services, and Data Center operations.
- Proactively monitor network performance and troubleshoot complex connectivity issues to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to implement upgrades and new infrastructure projects.
- Configure and manage load balancers, VPNs, and SD-WAN solutions across hybrid-cloud environments.
- Lead root cause analysis (RCA) activities for network incidents and drive technical resolution processes.
- Ensure strict adherence to security protocols, compliance standards, and industry best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 6-8 years of experience in network engineering, specifically within a Data Center or Managed Services environment.
- Deep understanding of routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP) and switching technologies (VLANs, STP, Port-Channeling).
- Professional certifications such as CCNP/CCIE (Cisco) or equivalent vendor-specific certifications (Juniper, Arista, Fortinet).
- Proven experience in handling L2/L3 operations for large-scale enterprise or cloud service provider environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a logical approach to troubleshooting complex distributed systems.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to document technical workflows and incident reports.
