Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI/ML models for large-scale data analytics platforms
- Optimize data processing pipelines and machine learning workflows for performance and reliability
- Collaborate with data scientists to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions
- Implement monitoring systems to track model performance and data quality metrics
- Research and integrate emerging AI technologies to enhance platform capabilities
- Lead the implementation of data governance and security protocols for AI-driven insights
- Mentor junior engineers on best practices in MLOps and data engineering
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related technical field
- 3+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering with focus on data platforms
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and distributed computing frameworks (Spark, Hadoop)
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and model deployment lifecycle
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization technologies
- Knowledge of data engineering principles including ETL pipelines and data modeling
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to translate complex business needs into technical solutions
