Tanggung Jawab
- Design, build, and deploy scalable machine learning models and deep learning pipelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Mentor and guide AI apprentices, providing technical oversight and knowledge sharing.
- Conduct cutting-edge research and experiments to improve model accuracy and performance.
- Optimize AI infrastructure and data workflows for efficiency and production readiness.
- Document technical processes, model architectures, and best practices.
- Present research findings and technical progress to both academic and industry stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Strong proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, NLP, or computer vision techniques.
- Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of delivering end-to-end AI/ML projects in production environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced research-driven environment.
