Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI/ML models and algorithms to solve diverse business challenges.
- Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Leverage Microsoft Azure AI services (Azure Machine Learning, Cognitive Services, OpenAI Service) to accelerate solution delivery.
- Conduct rigorous data analysis, feature engineering, and model evaluation to ensure high performance and accuracy.
- Implement MLOps best practices, including CI/CD pipelines, model monitoring, and automated retraining.
- Communicate complex technical concepts and insights to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends in AI, machine learning, and cloud computing, and contribute to our internal knowledge base.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of proven experience in AI/ML engineering, with a strong portfolio of delivered projects.
- Expertise in Python and proficiency with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure AI stack (Azure ML, Cognitive Services) is highly preferred.
- Solid understanding of software engineering principles, version control (Git), and agile methodologies.
- Experience with data processing tools (Pandas, Spark, SQL) and big data environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to work independently and in a team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
