Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models and AI-driven applications to solve complex business problems.
- Collaborate with IT stakeholders to identify data-driven opportunities for operational efficiency and service automation.
- Engineer and maintain robust data pipelines to ensure high-quality data ingestion, processing, and storage.
- Perform feature engineering and model fine-tuning to optimize performance and predictive accuracy.
- Implement MLOps best practices to ensure seamless transition of models from development to production environments.
- Conduct thorough code reviews, maintain technical documentation, and ensure adherence to security and compliance standards.
- Monitor and troubleshoot deployed AI solutions, iterating on models based on real-world feedback and changing business requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in building and deploying production-grade machine learning models.
- Strong proficiency in Python and deep understanding of frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and related AI/ML services.
- Solid understanding of SQL, NoSQL, and big data technologies for scalable data handling.
- Proven ability to bridge the gap between technical AI concepts and business strategy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively within an enterprise IT ecosystem.
