Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of AI-driven tools within the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Provide strategic technical leadership to engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Partner with enterprise clients to assess their current engineering maturity and roadmap AI-assisted transformation.
- Oversee the development, deployment, and scaling of custom AI/ML models designed to enhance code quality and delivery speed.
- Manage end-to-end delivery of complex software engineering projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical excellence.
- Mentor senior developers and engineers to uplift internal capabilities in Generative AI and automated tooling.
- Bridge the gap between theoretical AI research and practical, scalable production software implementation.
Kualifikasi
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (or equivalent extensive industry experience).
- 10+ years of experience in software development with a strong focus on architectural leadership and system design.
- Demonstrated experience leading enterprise-level digital transformation projects involving AI/ML integration.
- Expert-level proficiency in modern programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, Go) and cloud-native architectures (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and the integration of AI coding assistants (like GitHub Copilot or custom solutions) into professional workflows.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality, scalable software solutions in a fast-paced contract or consultancy environment.
