As part of the T-Up Program, you will operate at the intersection of academic research and industrial application. You will be responsible for developing robust AI systems, optimizing algorithms for real-world scalability, and contributing to breakthrough innovations that define the industry standard. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop & Deploy AI Models: Design, train, and deploy state-of-the-art deep learning models using frameworks like PyTorch and TensorFlow.
- Drive Research Initiatives: Conduct in-depth research to solve complex problems in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Mentor Junior Talent: Guide and train junior engineers and interns, sharing technical expertise and fostering a culture of growth.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and academic faculty to integrate AI solutions into broader projects.
- Optimize Performance: Analyze complex datasets and optimize codebases for speed, efficiency, and scalability.
- Technical Leadership: Lead technical workshops and contribute to the definition of project roadmaps within the T-Up program.
- Documentation & Communication: Produce clear technical documentation and present findings to stakeholders and the academic community.
Kualifikasi
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong command of Python and experience with deep learning libraries (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX).
- Experience: Demonstrated experience in publishing research papers at top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, CVPR) or significant industry experience in AI/ML.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a proven ability to debug, test, and troubleshoot complex algorithms.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Teamwork: Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Soft Skills: Strong leadership qualities and a passion for mentoring and teaching.
